Handling and storing
- Handling large amount of D-LITE sheeting to the higher level or the roof should use weight-distributor beam placed along the length of sheet and use the canvas strip to hold around to protect any damage from lifting and carrying.
- For small amount of D-LITE, the handling should be done sheet by sheet to prevent the breaking and bending of the Fibreglass sheeting.
Cleaning
- To keep D-LITE sheeting in perfect condition and ready to use, the sheet should be kept in dried place, above the ground with roof to protect from light,
- rain and should be strapped and protected from movement by wind. In case of wet sheets, they should be wiped dry sheet by sheet.
Transport for Installation
1. Before lifting the D Lite sheet for installation, flip the sheet to have the white-coated side facing up.
2. ensuring that the white-coated side is always facing up.
3. Once the D Lite sheet is placed onto the canopy frame, flip the sheet so that the white-coated side is facing down.
4. Proceed with the installation according to the next steps.
